Active Support

Scout Active Support

Scout Active Support allows people to give their time to Scouting on a flexible basis. People can still be involved in Scouting without the full-time commitment of being a leader.

Lochaber SAS is a Scout Active Support formed from the previous Fellowship team who operated in the District for many years.

It is a small team of volunteers providing the skills and knowledge to look after and maintain Insh Scout campsite.

The team also provide Ad-Hoc support to local groups who need assistance.

The team had an enormous skill base to draw upon thanks to a massive range of experience.

The team has between them well over 100 years of Scouting and has a number of members who have been recognised with awards from their

service and commitment to Scouting.

The team is always on the lookout for new members and has it's own facebook page.
